We’ve told our customers, business partners and employees about the acquisition, and many people have let us know how much they respect Alere® and that the acquisition makes sense for both companies.

We're excited about the opportunities this ownership change presents for Free & Clear's long term growth and innovation, and we're also pleased to report that for the foreseeable future we'll continue to operate independently with no changes to our management team, employees and culture, or to our vigorous standards of quality in service delivery and customer care.
