Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve revenue goals on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis. Achieve other sales metrics as established by sales management (i.e., the Vice President of CBS).
  • Effectively manage opportunities identified throughout sales cycle, including adding requisite new opportunities to pipeline on a monthly basis while consistently closing required number of new deals on a monthly basis.
  • Work efficiently and effectively with Free & Clear sales management and CBS subject matter experts and operations staff to identify opportunities and drive sales to closure quickly.
  • Provide sales management regular updates with respect to all sales opportunities by timely reporting and regular updates to internal CRM tool.
  • Communicate CBS sales activities to other Free & Clear sales and account management teams that may impact Quit For Life® and Mind & Body™ sales and accounts.

Required Skills, Experience, and Qualifications

Education, Licenses, and Certification

Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, sales or related field or 5 year relevant experience

Skills and Experience

  • Documented success and experience selling "new" products or services.
  • Self-Motivated.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Possess highly developed executive presentation skills and style, including ability to influence and persuade decision makers at all levels.
  • Contacts with existing decision makers in government agencies, health plans, or work sites a plus.
  • Understanding of the health and wellness marketplace and how procurement of CBS products/services can impact the organizations bottom-line.
  • Firm grasp of heath education services, consultative services, and/or evaluation/analysis being sold.
  • Demonstrated experience working in a fast paced, team oriented environment where effective team selling is critical to success.
  • Ability to travel to Seattle for ongoing training and updates to the senior leadership and nationally as needed to close sales.
  • Must be abstinent from tobacco and nicotine.
