Free & Clear offers all eligible employees the following benefits:
Medical Insurance - Eligible employees receive medical insurance immediately upon hire. Spouses, domestic partners and dependent children are eligible for dependent coverage.
Dental Insurance - Eligible employees receive dental insurance the 1st of the month following date of hire. Our dental insurance is provided through Washington Dental Service.
Vision Insurance - Eligible employees may purchase vision insurance the 1st of the month following date of hire. Vision insurance is provided through Vision Service Plan.
Special note for insurances above: Coverage for domestic partner and children over 23 have special tax consequences.
Prescription Drug Benefits - Eligible employees receive prescription benefits immediately upon hire with their medical insurance. Free & Clear employees pay a modest co-pay for generic prescription drugs and a higher co-pay for formulary prescription drugs. Employees have the option to participate in a mail order prescription drug program.
Flexible Spending Accounts - Eligible employees may reimburse themselves for healthcare expenses on a pre-tax basis by establishing a flexible spending account (examples of eligible expenses are: prescription drugs, co-pays, vision expenses). Included with the Healthcare FSA is a debit card loaded with the elected FSA amount. The flexible spending also enables employees to pay daycare (for children 13 and under) or elder care expenses on a pre-tax basis.
Free & Clear offers a 401(k) plan through Fidelity Investments to help employees manage their financial future.
401(k) Plan - Eligible employees may participate in the 401(k) immediately upon hire. Free & Clear will match dollar-for-dollar up to 3% with a yearly cap of $1,000.
Retirement Education and Consultation - Free & Clear employees have access to semi-annual seminars and online educational seminars that address a variety of retirement and financial planning topics.
Employee Stock Purchase Plan - Eligible employees may participate in the company's stock option plan.

Life Insurance and Disability Benefits - Free & Clear pays 100% of the monthly premiums for life insurance, accidental death and dismemberment in the amount of 1x the employee's annual salary up to $100,000.
Voluntary Life, Spousal Life, & Dependent Life - Free & Clear offers a separate, employee-paid voluntary life insurance available for purchase.
Disability Benefits - Free & Clear pays 100% of monthly premiums for short-term and long-term disability insurance.
Emergency Travel Assistant Insurance - Free & Clear pays for this benefit that provides support to eligible employees with emergency or personal issues while traveling.
Pre-Paid Legal and Identity Shield - Eligible employees may purchase these benefits as protection should the need arise for legal assistance or credit monitoring and identity restoration.

PTO Policy - Our PTO policy allows employees to have the flexibility, convenience and control over how time off is used.

Parental Leave - Free & Clear provides up to five days per year of paid parental leave to care for a newborn or newly adopted child.

Friends & Family - Free & Clear extends our tobacco cessation program to friends and family members.
